Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

The resort allows a maximum of 4 cars (including visitors)
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking/car limit is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

With a score of 4.92 this property is one of our best.
The place was great, looked just like the picture. The host was very responsive. There is lots of community amenities the kids enjoyed! The only issue I found was the entrance to the community was always packed with a line of cars at all times. But no issues to come in as long as you have your pass! I would definitely rent here again

Beautiful beautiful home. Perfect location just in the right spot by lots of stores, places to eat and shops. Was very comfortable and I loved the ambiance. I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent property and service
Upon arrival I was a little taken back by the fact that construction was right next door yes it’s a resort still under construction but it was kind of an eye sore to look out your window , but we didn’t let it get to us the house was beautiful inside had everything you need and was spotless my only real complaint is for a house that sleeps 12 there isn’t a place for everyone to sit together the downstairs living rm set is small as well as the upstairs we only had 8 people and some had to sit on the floor to watch a movie . But overall it was a great trip, the clubhouse is right up the street very close which the kids just loved and the parks just a few miles away

Very clean house with a new, modern feel. Well appointed with linens, dinnerware, and utensils! We spent Spring Break there and loved the house. The pool and spa at the home were fantastic. The house is in a gated, resort community with a fantastic clubhouse, restaurant, arcade, exercise room, and incredible pools with two watersides. The only drawback was that the resort was somewhat short-staffed, but unfortunately that is common these days. The house was a great place for our family to stay and play. Global vacations was easy to communicate with, and was quick to respond to some minor maintenance needs we had. A great place that we hope to rent again!
