Our 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, private pool+spa vacation home is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

Pool Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool and spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars.
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
Windsor Hills Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Please Note: The Windsor Hills Resort splash pad and waterslides are scheduled for refurbishment from January 5 through February 13, 2026 and will be closed during this timeframe. The resort pool, hot tub and all other facilities remain open.
Clubhouse Access Via Wristbands:
*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
6 Bedroom Unit – Maximum of 14 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

Our Starter Welcome packet supplies:
– 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom

– 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
– 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
– Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

What a beautiful home, our families enjoyed the stay which was clean, spacious and safe. I appreciated the property maintenance getting the garbage daily and being in touch promptly with pool heat issues. Thank you for having us!

Everything was perfect
One of the beds had a broken bed frame which was fixed very quickly. Ice and water dispenser on refrigerator didn’t work for two days, but was fixed. Other than that it was great.
House was ok. Dryer took 3-4 times to dry close hot tub didn't work until about the 6th day of being there being the temperature was set wrong and it kept losing water. Ice machine also never worked. The agent Demetrius I talked to was understanding and tried his best.

Global super efficient, but not much choice of villas in Windsor hills
This space worked well for us, however we were disappointed in the outside pool area. Two of the 4 lounge chairs were rusted, broken and deteriorated so they were unusable. The pool was fantastic, and the house itself was clean and the perfect size for our group. The location was great but be prepared for heavy traffic at all times. Just a few minor fixes and this house is perfect.
Perfect house for my family and I. Very spacious and clean. The communication was perfect as everything was answered In a timely matter. Close to all your Famous Orlando destinations and in a great gated community as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in much nicer and cleaner homes where everything worked for much less. The hot tub was broken more than half the time and no compensation was offered. The carpet is old worn and dirty. Stairs were not vacuumed. The ceiling fan has about 1/4 inch of dust on it. The pool gate is taped together with painters tape. The faux leather furniture is all worn and peeling horribly. Everytime you sat down you got up with the stuff stuck to you. The main floor bed is like sleeping on the cement patio outside. Cameras everywhere...not sure if we felt secure or spied on. Needs lots of TLC.

Great beautiful home for your family. About 10 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from universal. It was great please. The customer service side of people on the phone are great and helpful, the people actually working the gate at check in were rude (that’s the only issue we had), besides that this is an amazing place.

Property Management was wonderful! Very attentive and was there to fix the issues immediately. House was clean but needs some TLC. Furniture was very worn, couple of the beds needs new mattresses. Overall stay was good, location and pool/spa were great.

Great location, Beautiful home, and plenty of things to do right in the resort on the days we didn't go to a theme park. The gated neighborhood made us feel safe and the neighborhood was perfect for morning jogs and walks to the park. I highly suggest that if you plan to stock the fridge/pantry with essentials to do an online order pickup. The grocery stores were always busy. We will definitely stay here again!

We rented home for 2 weeks. Upon arrival all was very clean and we felt very safe. Enjoyed pool and sunshine. Wish pools chairs werent torn as senior mom wasnt able to use for fear of falling through.

Staying on (Disney) property was not an option for us with our group of 8-10. Jessica’s spot was clean, centrally located (approximately 15 minutes to each of the parks) and just overall amazing! Our Disney family trip will surely be one to remember. Thanks for everything! :-)

The home is exactly as it shows. Back yard pool so refreshing after a hot day at park. Community pool with slides and recreation room great place for kids. Everything you could possibly need is in the home. So convenient to all the Disney parks and so many amenities and restaurants near by to chose from. Do the pre-registration and after a short stop at the gate for your gate entry pass you can go straight to your home. Clint was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any questions I had. We were a party of six with two teenagers and a six year old. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own private time when needed. Really enjoyed our stay here.

House was as described in great condition, It worked well for all 11 of us with 6 bedrooms. Location is prefect with a Super Wal-mart just minutes away, and close to the Expressway as well. Only inconvenience thing was it only allow 2 cars park on the driveway, and we had to park the other car in front of the village office by the entrance.
