Our 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, private pool & spa vacation home is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows maximum 3 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk
Windsor Hills Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Please Note: The Windsor Hills Resort splash pad and waterslides are scheduled for refurbishment from January 5 through February 13, 2026 and will be closed during this timeframe. The resort pool, hot tub and all other facilities remain open.
Clubhouse Access Via Wristbands:
*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
5 Bedroom Unit – Maximum of 12 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

With a score of 4.73 this property is one of our best.
We really enjoyed our stay! Checking in and out was easy and quick. The security staff were super nice and efficient. The home was clean, though the living room sofa, pillows, bedding, and bath rugs could use a bit of an update—especially if you prefer a more modern style like I do. We didn’t have any issues with ants, as mentioned in a previous review. 😉 The pool area was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Are always satisfied with our stays
The property was clean; however we did have an issue with a raccoon in the attic and a leak in the garage/game room. There was a live trap visible on the roof in the front of the house, and we heard movement in the ceiling. When the issue was reported, the only response was a maintenance person coming a day later to take a picture of the leak in the game room. There was no further communication from the property management. The day before we left the live trap was removed, but again no one reached out to let us know if the raccoon had been captured.

The house is really nice overall, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We had a few issues the jacuzzi was not working but it got fixed the next day, the pool was very dirty and had ants, but we didn’t spend the day at the house so I didn’t bother to call again for a cleaning. One of the upstairs baths will not drain and it will fill while taking a shower. Make sure you have only 3 cars because security at the gate will not let you in, the property manager informed us of this when we signed the contract but we had a situation and we ended up going in 4 cars. Demetrius from Global Resort was very attentive and helped us get a permit from the association so we can park the 4th car by the tennis courts but this process took like 4 hours so our family waited outside the condominium until we got a resolution. He also allowed us an early check in. Overall we were happy with our stay, but there were those minor issues that needs to be fixed in the house
We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the house and would have definitely tended to the pool should you have reported it. Our pools are serviced once per week, but we do know that even though the home has a pool cage, dirt can get into the pools. As far as the drain upstairs, we too would have tended to this issue. Windsor Hills does have a strict car policy, 3 cars are allowed and if there is a 4th car, we would need to get permission from the clubhouse. Thank you for your visit!
My family and I just left and had an amazing stay. We’ve stayed in WH several times and the different properties keep bringing us back. This property was clean and perfect! One minor thing I left a note of, but other than that I would definitely book again.

If you want to spend time relaxing with family, this is the place! Spacious house, private pool and close to Disney. Easy to find grocery stores close by.

3 families stayed at various points and we could easily accommodate everyone. Communication was great. House was plenty big, very clean, comfortable (including all the beds), and included all amenities. Game room was a bit outdated but served its purpose for some additional space and fun. Pool and spa were terrific. There are separate entrances to the development for owners and renters which was a minor inconvenience as GPS always wants to take you to owner gate which is a completely separate area and direction and times vary. Also the visitor gate was not allowing scans so we had to stop each time to enter instead of just using the reader. Minor IMO. House was overall great and would recommend

Easy to work with.
Poor customer service when dealing with infestation of ants.
The house was infested with ants. Global vacation did call a pesticide professional but that did not resolve this issue. We were unable to leave personal items out such as charging your phone as it would be covered with ants. When we cooked in the kitchen ants would be crawling over our food.
Very nice home, relatively solid communication from Global but overall easy process.
This property was exactly what was advertised. Great space, comfortable beds, hot tub and pool that were connected and stayed warm enough to swim in comfortably in January. about 15 minutes from the gate of Epcot with easy in and out to Disney. Highly recommend this location for Disney excursions.

We ran into a few small issues but they were so quick with responding and sending someone! House was exactly what we expected. Would definitely stay here again! If we had to change anything it would be nicer blankets/extra blankets, curtains on windows in all bedrooms and swivel tvs. These are definitely NoT complaints just things that would update or make stay even better. Definitely recommend global properties! Superb customer service!
