Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
This is a pet-friendly home!
* An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog.
* There is a two-dog maximum.
* Pet must be disclosed and an additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows maximum 3 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

Please Note: The Windsor Hills Resort splash pad and waterslides are scheduled for refurbishment from January 5 through February 13, 2026 and will be closed during this timeframe. The resort pool, hot tub and all other facilities remain open.

CLUBHOUSE ACCESS wristband requirement – to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting.
* 4 Bedroom Unit – Maximum of 10 wristbands
– No wristbands will be provided in excess of these amounts.
– All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
– Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

We owned a home at Windsor Hills until 2015. My goal maintaining my home was that the photos represented the condition. This house met that expectation and is very well maintained. Everything was there as represented and functioned as expected. If you rent homes often you know this is not a given. Communication was great and even my mid-stay pool heat request was handled promptly. The value for our late October stay was though the roof!

This home was exactly as described. The neighborhood was lovely. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the community amenities. The community pool & playground looked amazing! There were also extra strollers and a high-chair in the play room that I didn't expect. I would stay here again.

The mattresses were too hard, couldn’t sleep.
We had a great time at this house. We loved the pool area and we were so glad we got pool heating, it made the pool a perfect temperature and we really enjoyed the hot tub which got nice and toasty. We had a small issue at check in where we didn't list one of our family members as a driver so we had to message the host to get him added to the roster in order for him to check in to the main gate but the host was very responsive and it was no problem. We also unfortunately left some luggage in one of the bedrooms at check out and when we messaged, the host was very communicative and accommodating so that we could get it back. We would definitely stay here again, the house was nice and we enjoyed the neighborhood.

The house was very nice and definitely comfortable for me and my party. We had some issues with the air conditioner but Global Vacation Rentals went above and beyond to take care of the issue. I would definitely recommend staying at one of their properties.

House was very clean & pool warm
Our stay at this property was good. The home could use some updates but was in good condition. We appreciated the cleanliness and amenities. The gated neighborhood is great and the proximity to the Disney parks is fantastic. We found that traffic was challenging from about 4 to 6 each day, but simply avoiding coming and going during those times worked for us. We did not use the pool but it appeared to be in great shape. We would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location and very nice home.
It was an awesome home. We all enjoyed it. The convience of having a house over a hotel was great and cost effective. Able to do laundry, cook meals and our own pool after a long day spent at the parks.
Peaceful and restful place to stay
The house was awesome for our family and close proximity to Disney and seaworld. It was nice to be able to come home after a long day at the parks and let the kids play in the private pool. All the amenities of home. Neighborhood was very quite and had a very nice park we spent time at. Kids loved trying to catch the lizards!

When we arrived, the pool heat was 67F and we had paid for pool heat. No service until 3 days later and then had to do a call back, which meant we lost 5 days use of the pool. It was not clean, either and the skimmer never worked the whole time we were there. We were skimming bug/beetles out of the water several times per day. The house was very dusty and I had to immediately clean the whole house to my standards. The carpet in the bedroom we used was dirty and I did scrub those, 2 of which did not stay clean so it needs a more professional clean or better products than I had with me. This was no vacation for almost a week of our stay. I like things clean and I don't mind keeping it that way, just wasn't expecting I would have to do that right off the bat in order to enjoy the home. We also reported that several of the pool screens were open and letting in leaves and grit and bugs. No repairs made. The tree on the se corner is rubbing against the tile roof and needs some trimming to prevent damage to the tiles.
We loved our time in this property. It was perfect and had everything we needed. I was so pleased with it overall!

House was beautiful, but rugs had so many dog urine stains, in every room. Lady who came to take pictures, said she had already taken pictures of the same stains and this was not taken care of. Rug in bathroom was so bad the smell, we had to take it out and not use it, seems like it was so wet so many times, had a moldy smell. Shame because the house is great. The neighborhood was great. The pool was great. The BBQ could not be used. Very dirty. And the screen by the pool outside was sliced, so we had to put a chair to cover, if not, our dog would have ran out. But our stay was great. The rugs were never cleaned but other than that, the house was great. Central air was fixed right away at least. Great home
We are in the process of updating carpets in our homes and we were able to have them cleaned as soon as you reported them. From what I can see all issues were tended to upon your reports of these issues. We apologize for this inconvenience but are truly still glad that you enjoyed your stay and we were able to address your concerns effectively and efficiently!
The resort area was very nice but the house wasn’t cleaned inside.
We had an overall great stay. The house was convenient and the neighborhood had great amenities. There were a few carpet stains but that is the only concern that I had with the property.
