Pool & Spa Heater Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool and spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars.
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
Windsor Hills Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Please Note: The Windsor Hills Resort splash pad and waterslides are scheduled for refurbishment from January 5 through February 13, 2026 and will be closed during this timeframe. The resort pool, hot tub and all other facilities remain open.
Clubhouse Access Via Wristbands:
*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
6 Bedroom Unit – Maximum of 14 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Overall a nice house, close to Disney with a nice development pool. We had a few issues during the stay that were not great though.<br/>1. On day one, I reported that there was no remote for the ac in the game room. Maintenance showed up on day 2 and said they would order a new one that should be there by end of day. Nothing. On day 6 i called because the kitchen sink was leaking and mentioned the ac again. Someone came and said the remote they brought did not work and his guy would be there later in the day. Nothing. It rendered the gameroom useless all week because of how hot and stuffy it was. This was very disappointing to the whole family. <br/>2. There were ants in the kitchen. Sugar ants. We had a box of donuts on the counter and in the morning they were covered with ants and had to be thrown out. <br/>3. The pool is not filtering correctly as there were hundreds of dead bugs in the pool every day. <br/>4. The hot tub never got hot. Was useless during the whole stay. <br/>Other than these issues we had a very nice vacation.
Overall it was a great stay. Very close to Disney Parks, primarily to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and various dining options. Communication between the host and Global Vacation was SUPERB. They communicated quickly. Will recommend everyone to request the pool to be heated days in advance as ours took multiple days before it heated up and unfortunately, it did not reach its ideal temperature and we rarely got the chance to enjoy it during our stay. We had some discrepancies with two bathroom's shower doors and the water temperature in one of our bathrooms. Fortunately, these are things that can easily be fixed with some TLC. Lastly, please plan ahead when checking-in as it can take up to 30 minutes. However, the check-in process is done from the comfort of you vehicle.

Great location and modern patio furniture! Could use larger TVs in guest and kids bedrooms. Overall great space for large families. Kids enjoyed water slides!
Check in was easy and the home was very clean. Responses were answered in a timely manner and the area offered a lot of things to do.
