Our 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, private pool+spa vacation home is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

Pool & Spa Heater Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool and spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars.
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
Windsor Hills Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Please Note: The Windsor Hills Resort splash pad and waterslides are scheduled for refurbishment from January 5 through February 13, 2026 and will be closed during this timeframe. The resort pool, hot tub and all other facilities remain open.
Clubhouse Access Via Wristbands:
*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
6 Bedroom Unit – Maximum of 14 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

– 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
– 2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom

– 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
– 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
– Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The house was just the right size for my large family. It was also close to all our planned activities. <br/>If you are going to need more than 3 parking spots tell them ahead of you vacation.
We're so happy to hear you and your family enjoyed the home! Yes, that is correct. The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars per property, but occasionally allow an exception for a 4th with prior resort management approval. We'd love to have you return sometime!
The house could use some updates

kitchen appliances old and falling apart
minimal amount of pots and pans
carpet old and musty and wrinkled
garage so dark yoy couldn't use the pool table
been renting in florida for over 10 years and by far this is the worst property er have ever rented

I'm unsure as to what you mean by the pool falling apart. I do see an issue with the pool was reported and attended to promptly, as well as its regular weekly service. We have not had any known issues with the appliances, pots, pans or light in the garage, but are absolutely happy to have this looked at. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The management team was very good and was quick to reply to our questions. Definitely will stay here again.

Their is mold in the showers and kitchen sink! Horrible experience would never rent again.<br/>The pool is small and dirty! Everything is broken and dingy!
Upon reviewing your folio we did not find any reports about mold in showers and the kitchen sink nor the pool being dirty or everything being broken and dingy. We take great prices in our homes and have been in property management for over 25+ years. I have done a complete analysis on previous guests and guests that are currently in-house and do not see any issues like this reported at all. We have reviewed this with our inspectors and cleaners to make sure we have everything handled. I am sorry that you felt this way.
The home was not in great condition. Due to a malfunctioning dryer the towels were not dry and we has to dry and fold them ourselves. Dirty carpet and bugs in the garage, so we had to make sure that door stayed closed.
House was clean and ready to go. Great experience
