Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows maximum 3 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Perfect home we really enjoyed our stay at this home close to everything we needed, close to the clubhouse and gym 3 minutes walk was perfect

We enjoyed our stay at the Soltera Vacation Resort. It was exactly what we were looking for after our vacation to Aruba was cancelled by the airline. The hosts quickly responded to our last minute request and all our reservation information was at the guard shack when we checked-in. <br/>PROS: Clean, comfy beds, within 30 minutes to everywhere, lots of space for multiple families with kids, quiet area. Family room upstairs and game room downstairs. Resort pool/lazy river amenities would be great for kids. Easy to come and go through security with code. <br/>CONS: Although very tastefully decorated, it is a bit dated and some furniture and appliances showing wear

Prompt response to issues.
The clean up lady was there as we were leaving I came back to the room literally 30 minutes later to get my wallet and the clean up lady had made up the bed of the room I was in. I kept the room very clean and sprayed down the bed and everything I didn’t unmake half of the bed because it was just me. There was no way she washed those sheets the bed was bed. I feel that was very nasty like did I come to a bed like that makes me wonder

We loved our stay. Aileen was very helpful with questions and was able to send someone when we needed a hand. The house is large and was great for us to spend our family holiday. We loved the pool, having the two living spaces were great, and it was so nice to have cable instead of just streaming on the tvs. The games in the garage were fun, and we were so thankful to have so many dishes in the kitchen. <br/>Thank you for a wonderful stay we would stay again!

Our third time renting a pool home in the Orlando area. Global management lived up to their promises and brought us a couple of lounge chairs. The grill was delivered before we arrived, pool heat was turned on and worked great during our stay, also a/c worked well. Reasons for only 3 stars- the home was dusty, carpets are quite stained, the kitchen has bare essentials only, missing oven mitts, mixing bowls and a few other things. Furnishings are ok. We opened the brown bin on the front porch that we were instructed to put our garbage in , only to find open food , and a rancid smell. We called global and they sent someone to pick up our garbage. We stayed away from the bin and left our garbage in the garage for the rest of the week. We were short on hand towels and global sent some over promptly. We did enjoy the clubhouse, however, it was busy and the restaurant was only open for a few hours a day.
I am so sorry to hear about the issues you had during your stay! That's not how we do business, and it will be handled internally. Normally our cleaning crews and inspectors do a great job, but I will see what happened here and make sure it's taken care of. I am glad every other aspect of the house was great, and again so sorry about the cleaning issues. It will be handled!
