Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Great stay, house was very nice

Overall the lot was small with a one car garage which made the pool small and the theatre room would only seat 6. Also, the AC unit in the theatre room kept tripping the breaker. The small upstairs bedroom had 2 beds which required you to be kneeling on the bed to access the closet. Otherwise, the upstairs sitting area was enjoyed the children, having their own place to congregate. I am not sure that I would stay at this particular unit again with the same number of guests, but Global Resorts was great to deal with. Clubhouse gym was small but typical of a resort.

This was a beautiful home and it fit 15 ppl very comfortably. We had so much unused space. The pool area was very spacious. We had so much space. It’s a home perfect for multiple families because most rooms have an en-suite. And the restroom on the patio was so convenient. Plenty of towels too. I loved this place for us and would def recommend.

The house is huge. The location is perfect. What I love about it is the host was always available to answer my questions.

The staff is great but the last 2 houses have been less than great. The TV room was hot even though there was a portable AC unit in the room. Th beds were awful most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. There were dead worms in the slider window tracks. We had to ask for extra sheets and pillow cases. The lawn company was awful the bushes were so overgrown you could hardly get out of the car in the driveway they mowed twice in 3 weeks and left a mess everywhere. We rented at Solara when it was new and on the otherwise it was awesome! I will never rent there again.
Booked this home for a friends weekend trip. Not only was the this home beautiful, the host was EXTREMELY responsive to all of our needs. We had an amazing time!!! The check in and check out process was so simple. I will definitely rent this home again!

Great spot for Disney with a large group! Easy check in and out. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable living rooms and bedrooms. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t think there are enough words to describe how clean, beautiful and comfortable this property was. From the customer service to the decor, everything was perfect. My family and I were very pleased. The only problem we had was that our vacation weekend ended LOL. <br/>We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

I wish I could score this stay as a 10 but the home was in need of some TLC. Horrible lighting (hard to see when cooking). The home needs a deep clean. Windows were dirty, couch needs some attention, garbage can needs to be replaced, and a few more minor housekeeping issues that should be addressed. We stayed at one of your properties , the year that COVID hit and that property was a much cleaner option.
Overall stay was great. We had seven guys on golf trip and would stay again. A couple of minor issues, the windows need washed and light bulbs need replacement.

We had a fantastic trip. The house was beautiful, perfectly described. The only thing that makes it any better is seeing it in person. The pool and hot tub are fantastic for late night or day time fun. The media room for video games or moive enthusiasts. Bathrooms and bedrooms as far as the eye can see. Everything is up to date and well taken care of just bring your family and enjoy. To make it even easier just send a message and they are back to you asap and they will find the answer one way or another very accommodating and easy to work with.<br/>Great choice for us and hope will be a great choice for you.

It was a good stay but we did have a few issues with the house
My husband and I our children and grandchildren all stayed on the property and had an absolutely wonderful time. It was close to the Disney parks. It was wonderful coming home after a long day at the park and jumping in the pool and relaxing with the hot tub. We had our breakfast before we left and that definitely saved us some money. It was so comfortable to come back to a home rather then a hotel room. I have recommended this home to many of my friends and I would definitely stay there again.
