We will collect a $1,500 deposit.

If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

With a score of 4.69 this property is one of our best.
The sofa in the living room and the beds are in need of replacement. They are very saggy and squeaky. We also had an experience where a vendor come into our place without notice or permission to remove a Christmas tree that the previous guest had ordered. It was unsettling to find out that they had access to our townhouse without us being there.
We will be checking out the sofa and beds as reported. We are sorry about the vendor accessing the property while you were there.
The house was nice and setup well. There was dirt on the floor of the kitchen and the dresser drawers were dirty.

Overall our stay was good. We have a few minor cons: ants noted in multiple rooms, the couch wasn’t very comfortable (worn down), the beds were very creaky. Besides that, everything was great.

Property found to be as listed. Clean. Spacious. Private pool - perfect size for soothing relaxation at busy day’s end. Parking was convenient, although not as described in checkin paperwork. (Which refers to houses, not townhomes.)

The rooms were small but adequate and comfortable. We felt it could have been more welcoming by providing some information about the resort amenities (the splash pool, playground, etc.) and some suggestions of nearby restaurants and shopping. Not enough towels or toilet paper.
We're pleased the rooms were comfortable. Our amenities including amount of toilet paper and resort amenity access information is provided in our description for guests to be prepared prior to arrival. We do work hard to make sure our guests have a great stay, additional towels are stacked either on top of the shelf above the washing machine or located in a nearby linen closet.
We had a great time, the property was clean and well stocked. We had plenty of room. The only problem we had was getting Ubers in the property. With no code to get in, sometimesit was a problem, but we figured it out and it didn’t cause any issues. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and always helpful.

House had broken bed upon arrival, company wanted someone to come in middle of night to fix. House had tripped breakers, kitchen and bedroom outlets not working, had to contact again for fix, no access to breakers. House had sink that leaked all over and clogged, had to alert company again. You’re not getting this with hotels I guess, or with other rental properties and companies in our experience c
I am so very disappointed to receive your feedback. Unfortunately, yes the bottom slats for the bed were broken and we did send our tech out once you arrived to let us know and this was tended to. The sockets in the kitchen were not working and again, we were there immediately to respond to them. When you emailed us about the bathroom sink, this was on the last day of your stay, you said you did not want it fixed. This has been tended to as well. We are definitely known to be the leader in vacation rental homes, and do respond to all guest requests efficiently and effectively. I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations.
Our stay was great! The house was clean, in a great area, and very comfy. We would’ve appreciated more wash cloths, but we had plenty of towels.

Family stayed at this property while visiting Disney and Universal. It is close to the parks and the homes design is ideal to give each person their own space after a long day walking. kids enjoyed the pool.Only suggestion is getting the check-in instructions posted in the VRBO chat. Had them in my email, but ended up having to message the host to get them again
We love our location and are pleased to know you enjoyed the amenities at the resort and the home. We do email the voucher with the idea that way it's easily accessible to guests this way.
The place was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for a party of seven to 10 people. The area was well kept and it was a quiet neighborhood which was very nice. The place had all the accommodations we needed. Two negatives of the place was that it was a little farther than the website explained from the Disney property and the bed downstairs loudly squeaks anytime you sit or move on the bed. It’s was annoying. Everything else was great.

Family stay and sizing is perfect to accommodate a large family. Check-in process seamless, and property as described on VRBO. Staff at Solara is fantastic and very kid friendly. The home itself has a great kitchen and dining area. Layout is deceptively big. Things that were not up to expectations is carpets need to be steam cleaned, showing multiple stains and some of which were rather unpleasant. Bathrooms were clean which was positive, though had a couple slow draining sinks/showers. Beds are very soft and a little noisy, but overall comfortable and linens were great. Would stay here again however cleanliness of carpets and overly soft beds that were noisy prevented this from being 5/5 rating.

This place was a great place to stay with my family. The place was very clean. The pool was a little small and wish we didn’t pay to have it heated as it still wasn’t that warm. I’m guessing because the air temperature was in the 50’s. We didn’t swim. I did have my 92 year old mom with me. The showers did not have a bar for her to hold onto which was a little challenging. Overall the place was excellent and would stay here again.

We just wanted decent bedrooms & showers and a coffee pot. We left early every morning and came back tired late every evening. So house & location fit our needs.
